Tallest Dog In The World Gets Book Deal

Great Dane Crowned Tallest Dog Ever
In 2006, the runt of a litter of thirteen won over the hearts of his new owners Dave and Christie Nasser. They named the Great Dane with the soulful blue eyes George. In February of 2010, George was officially named tallest dog ever by the Guinness Book of World Records. Standing at almost five feet tall and seven feet long, he has come to dominate the Nassers’ home.
George Scores A Book Deal
George has grown into a goofy, boisterous giant who is eager to play with everyone. Yet he is a big softie, frightened of water, smaller dogs and being left alone. He now has a book coming out that gives us a glimpse of what life is like with the giant dog. Giant George is due for release abroad in August and should hit book shelves in spring of 2012 in the US.
Lovable Dog Becomes World Famous
The book is a heartwarming story of all George’s likes and dislikes, habits, and quirks but also of Dave and Christie’s love for each other, their struggle to start a family and how they had to adapt to living with an extraordinary dog. With George gaining worldwide attention with appearances on Oprah, it’s time to tell the story of what it is like to own the biggest dog in the world.
