I’d like to introduce you to Bailey.

Bailey is my 4 year old Chocolate Lab (she’ll be 5 in less then a month, but I don’t want to round up! Dogs are only here for a short while so anytime with her is precious.) We got her when she was just 6 weeks old. We had a golden retriever named Maggie, that we got when I was 6, and she died just before I turned 16. She was such a good dog and I had a really hard time with losing her, so after we had sometime to grieve we adopted this sweet girl.

Bailey is my baby, I honestly have no idea what I would do without her. She’s my silver lining. Seriously, what’s better then coming home after a long day, and opening the door to this sweet face and wagging tail so excited to see you like you’ve been gone for months rather than a few hours?  I don’t think anything.

Anyways sorry for the long post! Those of you who own dogs I’m sure completely understand, they’re more than just “pets” they’re family.

I hope that no dog ever goes unloved, because they sure do love unconditionally.
